By default, we ship from Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, which most customers will find the fastest method. For orders required to be originated in the USA we can ship from a US Sales office, please note MOQs may apply. Please contact us by email for details.
Orders to the USA and Canada can be shipped using regular post air mail (no tracking), FedEx ground services, or FedEx overnight air courier services, depending on delivery location. All orders to the USA arrive free of duty and brokerage fees and are prearranged to clear customs without delay.* Orders to the USA and Canada placed by 3pm EST (12pm PST) Monday-Friday ship same day.**
We also accept orders for delivery to most other countries. These orders can be shipped using regular post air mail (no tracking) or FedEx 2 day air courier services, depending on location.
All shipments originate at our warehouse facility in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada and are shipped FOB origin. We stock all products in one location to facilitate quick packaging of orders.
Unused items in their original condition can be exchanged or returned for a full refund, less shipping costs. Items must be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges will be handled by a debit or credit for the difference. Returns will be handled as store credit or money back. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.
*Due to unforeseen circumstances, packages may be charged duty and/or brokerage fees and may be delayed at customs. In these unusual cases we do not accept liability for damages caused or charges levied against the shipment or receiver.
**It is our goal that all shipments meet the aforementioned performance metrics, and 99% do. However, sometimes due to seen or unforeseen circumstances, packages cannot be shipped the same day or do not arrive within the stated delivery period. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: weather, courier issues and statutory holidays. Due to these circumstances, we do not accept liability for damages caused by late order delivery.
