PQFP-128 (14 x 20 mm body width, 0.5 mm pin pitch) to PGA-128 (0.1" pin pitch) surface mount adapter.
PCB dimensions: 1800 mils x 2400 mils x 62.5 mils (45.72 mm x 60.96 mm x 1.6 mm).
PCB construction: FR-4 UL94V-0. PCB operating temperature range: -40C to +130C. PCB reflow maximum temperature: +260C. PCB Assembly standard: IPC-A-610 Class II.
Top side of board fits surface mount footprint. Bottom side of PCB fits through hole vertical headers.
This board uses our male through hole vertical headers, Proto-Advantage part number: HDR100IMP40M-G-V-TH, which are included.
