Proto Advantage warrants all products and assemblies for workmanship up to 30 days after invoicing.
Proto Advantage will repair the assembly or credit the order cost at Proto Advantage's option.
Any modifications done to the assembly nullifies this warranty.
If you send us non-functioning components or PCBs for assembly, we are not liable for repair, rework or replacement of the assembly.
We strongly recommend that your boards be electrically tested during fabrication and have complete solder mask and silk screen.
Products designed, manufactured and/or sold by Concept to Life Solutions Inc. (doing business as Proto Advantage)
are intended for prototype and production use.
They are not designed for and should not be used in applications where malfunction could cause injury, property damage or other loss.
Concept to Life Solutions Inc. (doing business as Proto Advantage) disclaims all liability for products and services sold.
In no event shall Proto Advantage's liability exceed the amount of the order placed.
Proto Advantage gives no other warranty, either expressed or implied, and specifically disclaims all other warranties,
including warranties for merchantability and fitness.
